The service in cleaning the rooms was great, and the hotel's location was key - close to the train station and just a short walk into the city center. I also appreciated the variety offered at breakfast.
The room was old and dated, with a strong smell of cigarettes. The fridge in the room was also broken, and some of the outlets didn't work.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was superb, being very close to Roma Termini train station. It made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily access transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Conveniently located near the train station. Clean and modern rooms with nice bathrooms. Friendly staff who offer great service, including currency exchange and airport transfer arrangements. Good variety of breakfast options. Centrally located, within walking distance of the main square.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the train station. It makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. Plus, with breakfast included, it's a great value for money option.
All in all, I had a great stay and everything was just fine.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very near to the train station. The rooms are modern, clean, and have nice bathrooms. The staff provides great service at the front desk, and they are very helpful in arranging airport transfers and exchanging currency. the breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.
Some customers have complained about the false advertising of the hotel, which is a major drawback.
